...Plastisol 🔥 Transfers?
Plastisol Transfers are screen printed designs that are printed on a special heat transfer release paper instead of directly on the shirt. Once the design is screen printed onto the paper, the printed heat transfer papers are shipped to you. Cut your design and apply them to your garment with a heat press. A screen printed look with a soft hand feel is achieved.
Place as many different designs as you can on one sheet. Cost efficient way of printing!

* Make sure to prepare your artworks in a graphic software at 300 dpi resolution true to size and on a transparent background.

Gang sheets : prepared sheet must be exactly 12″ x 17″
Labels : prepared sheet must be exactly 11.75″ x 16″
Neck Tags : prepared labels must be true to size. Maximum dimension of 2″ x 2″ area.
Digital Transfers : prepared sheet must be exactly 22″ x 39″.

Multi purpose and our most popular transfer. Works great on t-shirts and fleeces. High opacity prints, screen printed look, high durability.

Plastisol Neck Labels
Fast and cost efficient way to embellish your apparel with custom neck labels. Neck labels are not printed the same way as screen printed transfers due to a higher detail restrictions. When ordering neck labels please chose the appropriate setting.
